Reactivate your card

If your Valley International Airport VIP card does not allow you access to the VIP Club, please visit the Security/Dispatch office on the first floor of the Terminal Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. to have your card reactivated. For more information, you can call their office at 956-430-8601. The cards will expire every 2 years; therefore, once it stops working, visit the Security/Dispatch office to reactivate and/or pay a renewal fee. If you have lost or misplaced your card, there is a $25.00 fee for a new card which is not refundable. To pay by phone, please call 956-430-8601 and ask to be transferred to the administration office. We do not accept Discover nor American Express.
