Section 23.1, 23.23 Objectives / Policy Statement

The Valley International Airport has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged BusinessEnterprise (ACDBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department ofTransportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23. The Valley International Airport is a small hub primaryairport and has received federal funds authorized for airport development after January 1988(authorized under Title 49 of the United States Code). The Valley International Airport has signedairport grant assurances that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 23.
